Mr. Edward J. Cohn, Sr. of San Antonio, passed away on Friday, June 8, at the age of 74. Mr. Cohn is survived by his wife Daphne Cohn of San Antonio, three sons Dr. Joseph Cohn and wife Camille of Fredericksburg, “Chris” Cohn and wife Marti of San Antonio and Edward Cohn Jr. of Savannah, Georgia along with 9 grandchildren: Quirina, Samantha, Alexandra, Erin, Cameron, Katherine, William, Riley and Sydney. He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Kenton.
Edward Cohn Sr., was born in Dallas Texas on January 16, 1938 to Emmanuel and Glady’s Cohn. He served his country in the Marine Corps and was an avid hunter and dreamer. For many years he lived in San Antonio where he was in the construction industry and was involved in the development of several subdivisions in the San Antonio area.
A memorial service for Mr. Cohn will be held at a later date.
