We will always remember how dad cherished his family vacation times. His favorite destinations were the Western States, Colorado being his favorite.
We loved camping, even if it meant all of us sleeping in the car. Our dare devil jeep rides were exhilarating and afterwards we would head to the hot spring to calm our nerves. Dad never passed up the opportunity to hunt for arrowheads, even though he always told us to walk with our heads up, play dominoes, cards, and loved share his life experiences while sitting around a campfire.
